If you have regular headaches or a sore jaw, you may be grinding or clenching your teeth at night.   Teeth grinding can cause a host of other dental problems including gum recession and loose teeth.

At Creedmoor Family Dentistry, we can help you address this problem by consulting you on the best course of treatment.
Many people who grind their teeth will benefit from a night mouth guard, which we can provide.  Reducing stress and caffeine may also help alleviate tooth grinding.   Give us a call to set up a consultation!
