Soft or Hard Toothbrush

Should I use a soft, medium, or hard nylon toothbrush?

A toothbrush labeled medium or hard may damage your gums, root surface, or enamel. Our recommendation is to always use a soft bristled toothbrush!  

Did you know?  Your toothpaste is already abrasive.  Mild abrasives are added to toothpastes to clean your teeth.  

Did you know?   Ancient Greeks and Romans added ground oyster shells and bones to their toothpastes to make them more abrasive.
